Works with the tools districts already use

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Webex
  • Google Meet
  • Microsoft Places
  • Google Calendar
  • Authorize.net
  • State Software IPDP

Built for schools and shared services

The highlights below are what districts use every day on App Tool Stack Events. Which options are turned on depends on how your group and site are set up.

Registration and RSVP

Staff and guests register on your terms—with capacity, waitlists, and RSVP windows built in.

  • Staff sign in with your organization’s login on the events site.
  • Guest registration with an event passcode when enabled for the group.
  • Going, invited, and not-going statuses with optional RSVP and CEU questions.
  • Waitlist with email when a seat opens.
  • RSVP window, capacity limits, and timeslots on a single event.
  • Self-serve RSVP changes and resend confirmation from the event page for account holders.

Payments

Collect fees online or by purchase order, with receipts and refunds when you need them.

  • Card payments through Authorize.net when configured for the tenant.
  • Purchase order as a payment method for district billing.
  • Free registration for members of related groups when enabled.
  • Payment receipts and tools to refund succeeded card payments.

CEU, certificates, and state reporting

Track credit, release certificates, and report to State Software where districts are connected.

  • CEU amounts and questions on events, with certificate release on attendance or by staff.
  • Certificate download and email with optional logo on the tenant.
  • Send CEU credit to each attendee’s district State Software IPDP where connected.

Virtual meetings

Create online meetings from the event—join details land in confirmation mail.

  • Create Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet meetings from the event; Zoom and Webex follow title and time changes.
  • Join details in confirmation mail and ICS attachments for going attendees, not on the public calendar download.

Locations, rooms, and venues

Book rooms, set capacity per location, and show clear addresses on the public event page.

  • Multiple locations per event with per-location capacity.
  • Microsoft Places and Google Calendar room booking with availability checks.
  • Venues with formatted addresses and Google Maps links on the public event page.

Manage Attendance

One place for rosters, check-in, announcements, and exports when you run the event.

  • Users and waitlist tabs, plus guests, payments, and feedback when the event uses them.
  • Add users and group users, edit status, timeslot, location, and attendance.
  • RSVP answers when adding a going user; view each user’s answers from the roster.
  • Export roster to CSV, send announcements, and generate an event QR code for check-in.
  • Resend RSVP confirmation to going users and guests from the roster.

Public calendar and events catalog

Month, week, and day views plus a searchable list so your community finds what is coming up.

  • Month, week, and day calendar views plus a filterable events list.
  • Group events by category; unlisted events when enabled for the group.
  • Event images from a group gallery, plus share via copy link or email from the event page.

  3. 3
